Who processes the data for me
I never sell data. These services process it on my behalf:
- Vercel – hosting this website and the demo.
- Google – Gmail (sending emails), Google Sheets (lead log), Google Analytics.
- Zapier – moving form data into Google Sheets and sending alerts.
- Meta Platforms Ireland – Facebook and Instagram lead forms and messages, Meta Pixel.
- ManyChat – automatic Instagram direct messages.
- Websupport – domain and email.
Some of these services may transfer data to the USA. Transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it
- Demo and enquiry data: 12 months from our last contact, then deleted.
- If you become a client: for the duration of the service, then as long as the law requires (for example accounting records for 10 years).
If you become a client: your customers' enquiries
When the system answers enquiries from your website, you are the controller of your customers' data and I act as your processor. By ordering the service you agree to these processing terms (Art. 28 GDPR):
- I process your customers' enquiry data only to send the reply, the alert, the follow-up and to log the lead in your Google Sheet, and only on your instructions.
- I keep it confidential and use the providers listed above as sub-processors. I'll tell you in advance about any new one, and you can object.
- I use appropriate security measures and tell you without undue delay if I become aware of a data breach.
- I help you answer your customers' requests (access, deletion and so on).
- When the service ends, I stop processing and delete the data I hold within 30 days. Your Google Sheet stays yours.
- On request I give you the information you need to show these terms are followed.
Cookies
Analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) load only after you accept them in the cookie bar. Without consent nothing is stored. You can change your choice any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. Fonts are hosted on this site, so your IP address isn't sent to third parties because of them.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time. Just email michalbenko3@gmail.com and I'll reply within 30 days.
If you think I'm handling your data wrongly, you can complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk) or to the data protection authority in your country, in Ireland the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
